The purpose of the 21 Day Anxiety Challenge was to help you develop an understanding of anxiety and give you some tools to help you reduce the negative impact that anxiety can have on your daily life.

Here are some things that you learned over the last 3 weeks that are worth repeating.

Anxiety is an emotion that can be healthy or unhealthy.

If you can find the trigger to the anxious feeling of worry or distress this can help you address the trigger or set a boundary around that trigger.

The most important habit to practice is to PAUSE and BREATHE.

Take the time to determine what is in your control. This is where action can be taken.
